The house was nice and clean, with lots of appliances, pleasant views, and welcoming hosts. The downsides were sticky pans and pots that made frying difficult, dim lighting in the rooms, and only one key for the apartment. One toilet had a glass door despite being in the bedroom, which felt uncomfortable.

This was an amazing place to stay: a cozy, extremely clean apartment with warm rooms, comfortable beds, and all the utilities you could think of. The kitchen was fully equipped, and Tauern SPA cards for the water world and sauna were included. The apartment house is part of the owners’ organic farm, and you can see the horses from the window. The hosts sell farm cheese, ham, butter, and eggs, and offer several bakery choices for breakfast. Strongly recommend!

We’ve stayed here for the second time, and it really feels like home. The apartments are extremely clean, the hosts are very polite, and there’s everything needed to cook at home. The guest house is in a great spot between Zell am See and Kaprun. Access to the Tauern Spa pool area and sauna is included in the fee.

Mrs Kathrin, the owner, is so kind and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, neat, comfortable, and has everything provided. Its view is breathtaking, a lovely place to relax away from city noise. Zell am see and Kaprun are around 10 minutes away by car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is practical, comfortable, spacious, and clean, with two bedrooms and good-quality kitchen equipment. It’s absolutely sufficient for four people. Free tickets to the nearby Tauern spa were included, and fresh milk and bread were delivered every day.
