The low price is what makes this a four-star stay for me. It’s about half the cost of other apartments, and the house is clean with serious recycling. Still, only small updates seem to have been made over the last twenty years. The mattresses are worn, so anyone with back problems should avoid them. They put in a wifi router this year and replaced the stoves, which is nice, but there are only a few outlets in each room, so bring extension leads with several sockets.
