The hotel and staff were great, and the restaurant was good. The chef prepared everything from organic ingredients, and it was very, very tasty. The place was really busy, with people travelling a long way to eat there. If you don’t need to stay in central Salzburg, it’s a good place to stay. After all these years using Booking. Com, you'd think we’d remember to check the hotel’s actual location on Google Maps. It wasn’t anywhere near Salzburg, though. A taxi cost £30, which made trips into the city expensive.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were wonderful, the shower was huge, and the TV was good quality. Everything else was great, but the aircon wouldn’t switch off for some reason. The room got very cold.

The bar had a great atmosphere, and the drinks were 👌. Parking costs an extra 10 euros. It’s a very new, modern hotel with friendly staff, a quiet, spacious, modern and clean room, and an excellent large pool.

Everything we needed for a nice stay was there. The hotel is modern and really nice, with a good view. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, clean, and fresh, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, and there’s a nice bar and restaurant. :)

After two nights on our road trip through Austria, this was a much-needed, relaxing break. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.
