Apartments Brunner am See

The hosts were so kind and ready to help, and the surrounding nature is beautiful. We stayed in an apartment during our ski trip and found it very clean, modern, and well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great experience at Camping Brunner am See.

I was on pitch 185 from 13-15/09/25. I hadn't booked ahead, but reception staff were more than happy to help me find a pitch that worked for my car and roof tent. The lakeside setting is fantastic and fairly quiet, especially after dark. The toilets and showers looked fairly new and were immaculately clean. Hairdryers are available in the shower area, along with plenty of electric points. The sanitary block is in the same building as reception, so it's a couple of minutes' walk if you're near the lakefront. My one gripe was the rule to park parallel to the roads. That may suit caravans and campers, but it wasn't ideal for my setup. I barely fit even though more than half the pitch was empty. I saw lots of cars parked the other way beside caravans, so I couldn't see why mine couldn't go that way too. It was a minor annoyance, but it meant my electric hookup wouldn't reach the junction box. All in all, I'd recommend the site.

Beautiful views from the campsite and nearby beach, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly. There are lots of attractions for children both on-site and in the area, so it's a great place for families. We had a fantastic stay!

The toilets and showers were impeccable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. With the campsite right on the edge of the lake, it's also a perfect base for exploring. Absolutely fabulous, and I'd highly recommend it.
