I've never stayed in such family- and kid-friendly apartments. There's a large garden with a pool and lots of activities for kids.

There's a lot on offer here, including free bike service, bread delivery, a sauna, and a playroom. It's perfect for small children, with Aunt Andrea looking after them almost around the clock. The apartments are okay, and the pool is clean and quite alright, though it's only open in good weather. The setup takes some getting used to, with sleeping, eating, and cooking all in one room. Pretty much everything in the kitchen, including the dishes, wasn't really clean, and we're used to better from abroad. Reception isn't staffed very often, which makes it hard to get questions answered. Also, having to leave by 9:00 a.m. on departure day is definitely too early. The cleaning lady came to ask if we were ready at 8:30 a.m. HELLO, that's really unacceptable.

The garden was a paradise for kids, with plenty of room to run around and play. They loved the play equipment and being outdoors, while I could relax in the peaceful surroundings. On hot days, the well-maintained pool was a lovely way to cool off. The property is also close to the beautiful Millstatter lake and the mountains, with hiking opportunities nearby. Everything was clean and tidy, and the fresh, welcoming feel made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. A cot was ready on arrival, which was a real plus, and there were two hotplates, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, and plenty of pans and utensils for simple meals. Free bicycles were available, including children's bikes and rear seats, which made exploring the area easy. On arrival, you also get a Millstatter pass for free access to several beach pools. Just a five-minute bike ride from the stunning Mediterranean Sea, it's a place I'd highly recommend for families with children. The clean accommodation, bikes, and child-friendly garden made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The kitchen is a bit small, and it shares a room with the main bedroom. Apart from that, this is a lovely apartment for the price. There’s a private pool, table tennis, a steam room and sauna, plus a volleyball court. The Millstatt Card also gives free access to lots of nearby lidos, and there are free bikes and a bread roll service too.
