The room was comfortable, and my dog had a nice bed, feeding bowls, and a toy waiting. We also enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at both breakfast and dinner. The one problem was the temperature at night. We couldn't get the room comfortable for sleeping, even with all the heating switched off and the window open.

A solid 10/10. It was worth every day for the two of us and our 17kg dog. The food was amazing, the location superb, and the service, cleaning, reception, and activity teams were excellent. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and spoke English well, and service was quick. Nothing to complain about. We made doggy friends and human ones too. Here's to collecting more passport points on future hut adventures!

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and professional, and paying by credit card was easy. Parking was convenient, with some spaces for charging cars too. The hotel is especially well set up for guests with dogs. A few examples: there's an outdoor-accessible dog shower, with clean towels, shower gel, a comb, and other things for cleaning your four-legged family member. I won't repeat everything on the website. One small thing to consider: smoking is allowed outside, and when several guests smoke on the terrace, the smell reaches rooms facing it. It might be worth making the facility smoke-free or placing a designated smoking area farther away on the terrace.

Our dog had a great time with the playground, dog pool, forest brook, and the surrounding area. We loved staying here too. It's very dog-friendly, with plenty of good girls and boys and considerate dog owners.
