Zeiserhof

The mountains behind the house made a beautiful backdrop, and the farm's friendly animals were a big part of its charm. Our little one loved the pony ride, feeding the animals, and playing on the playground. The owners were very friendly, and a thoughtful birthday present from them meant a lot to us. We also appreciated the rich breakfast before heading out. The farm's Sommer card made it easy to visit nearby attractions and enjoy activities in the area. It was a lovely family stay, combining time outdoors with a beautiful natural setting.

We had a fun visit in summer and would like to come again. Bring plenty of sunscreen, and make sure you have the right gear for the many trails nearby. The bus stop right outside is handy, and the location makes it easy to reach different attractions. There are lots of friendly animals, including goats, dwarf horses, sheep, cats, and a piglet, which are fun for kids and kids at heart. Breakfast is fresh and regional, and worth having every day. The hosts speak German and English, and are very friendly, helpful, and well informed about local events and sights. For stays over two nights, the regional summer card gives access to bus transport and the swimming pool, a weekly gondola ride up to Dachstein, and discounts on some services. One thing to keep in mind is that you may need to book a room as much as a year in advance.

Marcus and his family were so warm and welcoming. Marcos gave us great advice, and the place was neat and clean. The kids had fun playing outside, and the view from every spot, indoors and out, was amazingly beautiful and breathtaking.

It felt like home at Zeiserhof.
