Nicola was one of the nicest, most helpful hostesses, and made us feel very welcome. This modern ground-floor apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The sofa and kitchen area was a bit tight, though adequate. The lovely garden more than made up for it, and was superb for eating outdoors. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and makes an ideal base for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend it for the price and quality.

A beautiful garden, good views, and a quiet setting. Everything you need is there, making this a perfect apartment for enjoying the Zillertal area.

The living and kitchen area was too small for spending much time in comfortably when the weather was bad. Still, Apartment A was charmingly furnished and very clean, and we loved using the garden and enjoying the mountain view. The hostess is lovely and made us feel welcome. We stayed for 10 days and will be back!

The train station is just a few minutes away and has regular service in both directions through the Zillertal valley. The apartment itself is lovely, lovingly furnished and clean, in a very quiet location. The Heim family are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make sure everything is right and their guests are comfortable. We’d definitely book there again! 👍👍👍👍

We felt at home as soon as Mrs. Heim greeted us. The accommodation was beautiful, well furnished and very clean, with a lovely garden and fantastic mountain views. It’s in a quiet spot and perfectly adequate for two people.
