The family staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the service was great. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, and the spa was good too. There's parking even for larger cars, and a ski room on site. The hotel is in a convenient spot for skiing: the ski bus stops right outside and takes about 5-10 to reach the main resorts. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The place itself is a good standard, and the welcome from the whole team really stood out. Across many visits to Austria, I've rarely met staff who were so warm, attentive, and funny. It's a little off the beaten path, but the ski bus connections are right there within seconds. Breakfast and dinner were far better than we expected, even with the room rate being a bit high. Our group agreed we got good value for what we paid.

A cosy, family-run hotel with a sauna, indoor pool, and half-board, with breakfast and dinner in typical Austrian, especially Tyrolean, style. It's about five minutes from Mayrhofen by train, and the station is a four to five minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back.
