Hotel Pirchnerhof

The wellness suite is fantastic, and the whole hotel feels relaxed. The friendly staff provided great service. We loved the six course dinners, breakfast buffet, and afternoon snacks.

Our group ranged from a 70 year old to a toddler, and this was a perfect place for all of us. The service was outstanding, with easy access to the lifts, a charming town, and beautiful views. The included evening meals were a delicious surprise. What a special find for a fun, relaxing family holiday. We can't wait to come back.

The village is a little way from the hotel, and local buses are limited, especially when you need to collect ski hire gear. The hotel has minibuses and could make better use of them. The staff, food, service, and scenery were all great.

The staff really made the stay: Carina and David, along with everyone else, were cheerful, attentive, and capable without hovering. They dealt quickly and generously with special requests. The atmosphere was peaceful, with fresh air, mountain views, and lovely gardens with plenty of good sun loungers. Everything was spotless, and the indoor and outdoor pools were spacious and well kept. The sauna had Finnish, steam, bio, and infrared options, and there was a modern gym, yoga room with classes, and a playroom for children. Our room was comfortable, with a great bed, separate toilet and bathroom, and reliable free internet. Meals were varied, tasty, and high quality, with the option to eat inside or out. Vegan and lactose-free breakfast choices included several plant milks, spreads, and cheeses, even vegan camembert. Dinner and dessert included thoughtful vegan dishes, not just meat-free versions of the usual menu. The tea and freshly ground coffee were always available, and both the coffee and included house wine were very good. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was easily the most pleasant. After two days, we were already at reception booking our next holiday.
