We loved how easy the ski-in/ski-out location made things, and the ski storage was convenient too. The pools were warm and relaxing, the food was tasty, and the kids' club was one of the best we’ve experienced. Everything came together for a great family holiday.

What really ended our stay on a bad note was the checkout setup. Once we checked out at 10:00 a.m., we couldn't use the ski depot on the 4th floor anymore. With reception on the ground floor and the car park outside below the hotel, we had to take our gear down, check out, carry everything to the car, then go back up to the 4th floor to reach the slopes. It was completely impractical. There was no place to leave luggage or shower after skiing, which other hotels usually provide. We left feeling unwelcome and very disappointed. Reception made things worse. The receptionist and front manager Matthias were rude, arrogant and unhelpful, with no understanding or willingness to assist. Plenty of things during the stay already fell short of what we'd expect from a 4-star family hotel, and this was the last straw. We definitely won't return.

The ski area and instructors were phenomenal, and I really appreciated Kris, I think that was her name, in the spa and wellness area. She was so kind and helpful. Most staff were welcoming, too, though check-out with the receptionist was confusing and unprofessional. The food was great, especially the fresh natural juices, but lunch was limited to one main dish. My room was okay, except one bed was tiny, squeaky and a bit damaged, so I couldn't sleep properly on it. The hotel has potential, but the reception service and room upkeep need work.

The bar waiters were polite and fun, but the reception staff were cold, and their English was so poor that communication was nearly impossible. The hotel is also too big for a family in winter. The ski room is on the 4th floor, so we had to take the elevator twice to get to reception and the restaurant. The all-inclusive food was average, with mostly the same dishes over five days. Lunch was bad: usually one kind of meat, with breaded food and fries so salty my parents could barely eat them. Lunch ends at 2 p.m.; the brunch afterwards was just soup and tasteless cakes, apparently made from lunch leftovers. Anyone getting back from skiing later had nothing else to eat. The machine juices were so sweet they needed watering down, and still tasted awful. It didn't seem suitable for babies under one. There was no baby cot in any toilet, and the food wasn't age appropriate, with vegetables half-cooked, hard and tasteless. I also found the spa too cold for children, especially the pool, though that's a matter of personal opinion. The rooms were okay, but it was too expensive for what they offer.
