The Kid's Club was a highlight for us. The weekly activity schedule was great, and lunch and dinner were included, so we parents could relax for half a day or even a full day. The kids loved going and playing with new friends. Our whole family enjoyed this hotel. The room was well maintained and spotless, and the pools and wellness facilities looked just as beautiful as the photos. Our almost 4-year-old son also had a wonderful time at the charming little lake nearby and at the many playgrounds. It made for a memorable family vacation.

We booked 3 nights with Urlaubspiraten and had a wonderful time with our 2-year-old daughter. Half board included a three-course dinner with meat, fish, and vegetarian choices, plus breakfast and a small lunch buffet. There was a swimming pool for adults and kids, as well as an outdoor play area. I’d recommend it for families.

We had everything we needed for our work trip, including an equipped meeting room. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of fresh, high-quality options. Hotel Director Alex deserves a special thank you. His hospitality and local knowledge helped us plan our visit to Serfaus Fiss Ladis ski resort, saving us time and making everything run smoothly. We highly recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

The half-board package included dinner and a great breakfast, and they had a very nice wine collection. The sauna and pool facilities are huge and top quality. It’s a great hotel in a beautiful village, with excellent service. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, and the food was great. Our rooms were spacious, though they could use a bit of updating, perhaps with new mattresses. Reception and the kids club were great too. The restaurant staff were superb, especially Jana, who served our table and was excellent with the kids. Sadly, the bar staff felt really unwelcoming, as if they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel comfortable ordering drinks, like we were doing something wrong. The lady with short blonde hair especially gave us that feeling.
