The peaceful grounds by the lake were a highlight, with access to the indoor pool, sauna and gym. There's a quiet area through the doors by the sauna, plus water and apples as you enter the pool, sauna and gym areas. We could get extra swimming towels in the sauna area, though a bag and pool towels were already in our room. We also hired bikes for free. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety at the buffet and the option to order things like omelettes, ham and eggs, or hot porridge. The afternoon tea and cake in the lounge near the restaurant was a nice touch, served from 2 to somewhere around 5pm, though you need to arrive early to get your favourite varieties. We were back at this hotel this week for three nights. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful. We got four vouchers, two for welcome drinks and two for cocktails. The evening restaurant staff were less helpful, except for the male staff member. We were asked for our room number several times, which made us feel as if they were checking whether we really stayed there. It was awkward in front of the other diners, especially since I'd spoken with that waitress earlier in the day in another part of the hotel. Another lovely stay, and I'm sure we'll return sometime.

The wellness area made our weekend, with a lovely pool, sauna and Dampfbad. Even with several guests at the hotel, there was plenty of room to enjoy it. Dinner was four courses, breakfast was a buffet, and both the food and the kind, helpful restaurant service were great. We chose Seehotel Rust for my boyfriend's birthday weekend and were so glad we did. It's a lovely spot for a break surrounded by nature. I hope to come back soon.

Clean, well-stocked rooms, excellent food and fantastic amenities. The staff were friendly and courteous too. We had an amazing stay, a great choice for a getaway in Austria.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was awesome. Seehotel Rust is in a perfect location, especially on this sunny weekend when there weren't many people around. I also had trouble with my car, and the staff were so kind and helpful, thank you very much for that! ...Und bis Bald
