We stayed in the premium suite, but it didn't feel very premium. The kitchen was huge, yet all it had was one coffee machine, with no coffee capsules or anything else supplied. Smaller rooms had microwaves. The jacuzzi never worked, even though the handyman tried to fix it three days in a row and told us each time it was fixed. Other guests played music on balconies and in corridors past midnight, so we couldn't sleep. We were charged quite a bit for cleaning, but dirty towels were left hidden in a cupboard and the room wasn't cleaned during the whole week. We asked reception twice for cleaning and were turned down both times.

The rooms have a Scandinavian feel, and there's a sauna and a hot tub on the balcony. Staff were extremely friendly. A brilliant place to stay, highly recommend it.

We came to hike, relax and work out, and the facilities more than met our expectations. The private sauna and whirlpool were a real highlight, and we could unwind in complete privacy. The gym was very well equipped too. This hotel is a true gem. Thanks for having us, we'll come back for sure! :)

The rooms were high class, the staff were wonderful, and the location was great. We had a lovely time skiing and enjoying the wellness facilities. For a relaxed evening in the apartment, the pizza from the attached Italian restaurant was super tasty.

We had a great time at Saalbach Suites. The apartments were spacious and clean, and the hosts were super friendly. We also really enjoyed breakfast and the Italian food at the restaurant downstairs. The cable car is only a few minutes away on foot, and on the way back you can ski straight down to the apartment. There's also a nice wellness area with a jacuzzi, saunas and a pool.
