APT - Stone Lodge Salzburg

We spent five nights here in April and found the location really handy, just a short walk over the bridge to Old Towne. Kerstin was lovely, answered our questions quickly, and let us check in early, which we appreciated. The Copper room looked just like the listing on Booking.com and had all the amenities shown. The fortress view was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. There was also a small kitchen for making meals or keeping things cold. One rainy day, we opened the windows and sat on the bed enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay at Apt Stone-Lodge and would recommend it in Salzburg.

We stayed in the PopArt apartment. It was warm, cosy, and really interesting, with a big comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a basket with coffee and tea. Highly recommend it for a stay in Salzburg.

The views from the rooms and roof terrace are spectacular, and you can walk to everywhere in a short time. Everything listed was in the rooms, and they were kept beautifully. I’d come back here again and again for a Salzburg stay.

Dear Kerstin, The apartment is beautiful and well located, but we’re extremely unhappy with how you handle customers and your prices. There’s a mismatch between the reservation and the website. During our conversation you never mentioned any prices, and for some reason the change to our reservation wasn’t handled properly. We don’t usually leave negative hotel reviews, but we wanted to explain our frustration. We don’t feel we were treated fairly. It seems that satisfied customers and recognizing when customers have been treated inappropriately may not matter to you. Something to think about. Regards, Marc
