My first trip to Salzburg left me with only so-so memories, but staying at Eco Suite Hotel changed my mind. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a peaceful atmosphere, lovely views, and a smart self-service check-in that made arriving easy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t stay for the whole booking because of unexpected family reasons, and I really appreciated the management helping me with the refund process. Breakfast was very good, and my mother especially liked the coffee. I’ll remember this place, come back, and recommend it to friends and fellow travellers. Thanks for making my Salzburg trip much more memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and spacious, and the hotel was lovely, clean, and had very friendly, polite staff. Breakfast could be better, though.

Way too expensive for what you get. The rooms were large and clean, but everything else was pretty bad. We had no heating for two days, even though it was 0 degrees outside. An absolute disgrace.

The location is really good, and free parking was a plus. But there was maintenance work nearby and it was very noisy. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, only once every three days. Daily cleaning costs extra, and they say that’s for environmental protection. Breakfast was the same each day, with nothing new.

A clean, quiet, nice hotel at an affordable price. There’s plenty of street parking, though no garage. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and the location is fine even if it isn’t right in the center. Works well for a short stay or a stopover.
