The staff really made our three-night family stay memorable. Andreas and Tom were so relaxed and helpful, and my sister and I enjoyed practicing German with them each day. The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the location made it easy to reach public transport and the main sights. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

We found the room spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is right by the bus and train stations, with an easy walk into the city center. There’s also a small shopping center nearby with grocery and food shops. Sauna and gym access were included, though we didn’t get around to using them.

The location beside the train station made getting around easy, and there’s also a bus stop for trips into Salzburg and the tourist areas. We enjoyed our two nights here. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered our questions about the city, and the clean, modern room even had heated bathroom floors. I also got to try the sauna. Highly recommend staying here.

Tom gave us such a warm welcome at check-in. He’s a real asset to the property and to hospitality in Salzburg. After the hotels we’d stayed at before, this was a refreshing change. The location near the train station is great too. Highly recommend!

One thing to keep in mind is that being close to the train station can mean some noise or crowds nearby. Still, the location made it easy to explore Salzburg on foot, including the Altstadt (Old Town), Mirabell Gardens, and Salzburg Cathedral, and it’s also handy for day trips. Our room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and what we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and there’s a sauna and relaxation area. Staff were friendly, spoke several languages, and could help with sights and tickets. It’s a welcoming, comfortable base for a city break.
