For the price, this basic hostel had everything I needed, and the bed and blanket were comfortable. Breakfast is included with plenty of choice: scrambled eggs, bacon, salami, fruit, yogurt, oats, coffee, and more. It's a 20-30 minutes' walk to the old town, and the bus station is 5 minutes away on foot.

A simple, clean room and a good breakfast, plus there's a common kitchen if you want to prepare something. This sommerhostel is nice and worth recommending for budget trips. Towels are provided, but bring your own toiletries. It's about 15 minutes to the main train station on foot or by bus, and around 25 minutes to the old town on foot or by bus.

The early breakfast was great, and getting here from Salzburg HBF on O-Bus #6 was easy. Hofer is nearby, with everything you need a straightforward, flat walk away. I was on hostel level 3, in room 307. There was heaps of space, and my room looked across town and the mountains. It was great being able to open the windows wide in the heat. The bathroom was fine, and the kitchen was just down the hall. I'd stay here again.

It's an old retirement home with bland, boring rooms and not much to offer. Public transport isn't very convenient. For most places in or towards the center, walking is probably the better choice.

There’s a shared play area, and the room had a TV and enough space for our luggage. The place felt clean and hostel-like, and breakfast in the morning was a good European-style spread. Wi-Fi was free too. Getting here from the city centre was easy, with buses and trains available. A good stay.
