Apart Am Arlen

The apartment had a long list of problems. The Wi-Fi, lights, and power outlets didn't work, and the dishwasher was broken. We installed new light bulbs ourselves. The dishes were dirty and had dishwasher stains. The beds and pillows were poor, the curtains were hanging loose, and the towels urgently need replacing. On arrival, the place was untidy, dusty, full of cobwebs, and the floor was sticky. It needs a thorough clean and repairs. There was no morning bread roll service, soap, or dishwashing liquid. It felt very impersonal. Nobody welcomed us or said goodbye, and both the building's front door and the apartment door were loose. The keys were left on the table with a note saying to email the owner and his daughter if there were problems. We emailed Henrich and Sonja about the defects and got no reply. The owner couldn't be reached by email or mobile phone, and all week we neither saw nor heard anyone come to fix anything or discuss the issues. The living room was very small, the sofa could fit one person at most, and the kitchen table was tiny. The apartment is for four people at most. We go skiing in Austria every year and have never been unhappy with a stay before. This is the first time I've written a review, and there are much better apartments in Austria for a ski holiday.
