We went for classic Austrian mountain food: frittatensuppe to start, then cheese fondue and spätzle. We were too full to manage dessert. The service was friendly and quick, and I’d highly recommend the place.

There’s a fantastic bar right across from this family-run place. The lifts are a short walk away, and there’s free locker storage by the main gondola. Even sharing one room between four grown men turned out to be surprisingly okay.

I called on the off chance they could fit in one person, and the host and team were very accommodating. The food and service were fantastic, and I’d happily go back next time I’m in St Anton. It’s tucked a little away from the main street, but don’t let that put you off. A hidden gem away from the tourist traps.

The fondue was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The manager was SUPER helpful in sorting out what we wanted, and Georgia was SO lovely, always ready to help however she could. It’s a pleasure to find people like that still in hospitality. Georgia, you’re amazing! We’ll definitely come back for the fondue before the week is over. It’s a calm, relaxed place for traditional dishes or French classics done to perfection. Nice job, chef!

We had a fantastic fondue dinner and the food was fabulous too. We hadn’t booked, but the head waitress made an effort to squeeze us in.
