Raffl Apart

The two apartments we rented at Raffl Apart were spacious, modern, very well equipped, and kept to a high standard. They were cleaned every other day. After skiing, we really enjoyed having a sauna, steam room, and hot tub on site. You need to book a time slot so the facilities can be cleaned between guests. Fresh bread and pastries could also be delivered to the door in the morning for an extra charge, which made starting the day easy. Frau Henrietta was excellent, quick to respond to requests by email or WhatsApp, and full of useful information. Nassereinbahn is about 500 metres away, and there’s also a free ski bus. I’d consider staying here again on my next visit to St. Anton, hopefully soon. For groups of 6-8, it may be worth asking about Top1 and Top2. They’re in the same part of the building, so the two units can work much like one large apartment while keeping separate doors and keys for privacy.

Bread can be ordered for delivery in the morning, with more than 20 types to choose from. We had a really enjoyable first stay at Raffl Apart. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond, and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even dishwasher detergent, spices and plastic wrap. It was quiet at night, so sleeping was easy. We’d recommend it and hope to return.

After skiing, the Wellness Centre with its spa, sauna, and steam room is a real treat. Henrietta and Hermann are gracious hosts who go out of their way to help you enjoy your holiday. The apartments feel bright and airy, mixing modern touches with a bit of Austria, and are impeccably maintained. Cleaning three times a week is included. Raffl Apart is in a quiet part of Nasserein, just minutes from the main lifts on foot, by free ski bus, or by skiing and skating across to Nassereinbahn. We’ve stayed here many times and plan to come back next winter. Highly recommended.

The bed was super comfortable, which is rare in the Alps, and the apartment was very well equipped. The owner was organised, reliable, and communicated well. Breakfast orders are brought right to your door, and there are some great places to eat within a three-minute walk. We were four and couldn’t fault the place. A small piste is 200 metres away, from where you can ski to the Nasserein cable car, or catch the bus 150 metres from the door. A great find.
