We chose Relax & Vitalhotel Adler for the beautiful setting, wellness area, and central spot for the drives we wanted to make around the Alps in Switzerland and southern Germany. It became the main part of our honeymoon, and we stayed six nights. The staff were kind and helpful from the start. On our first night, the owner marked walking ideas on a map, including cable car trips to Silvretta and Golm. Those outings turned out to be the best part of our whole trip, and we’re grateful she suggested them. Most mornings we headed out to explore, then came back for the pool and spa in the afternoon and dinner later on. Our half-board booking included four or five courses each night, and the food was impeccable. We loved the hotel and Montafon so much that we cut back on trips to farther places and spent more time on local mountain walks and relaxing at the hotel. Having a car made it easier to find walks, though the train station is right across the street and travel is easy without one. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special. We’re already thinking about when to return 💙

The location was fantastic, close to the main ski resorts. The staff were very helpful, our room was better than expected, and the restaurant food was phenomenal.

We had dinner at Adler and the food was excellent. The chef did a great job with the risotto and steak, both cooked just as they should be. The team made us feel welcome, and the welcome note on the reservation tag at our table was a thoughtful touch. The menu could be clearer about what comes with each dish, since that left the pricing a little confusing. For example, the listed apfelstrüdel price seemed to include vanilla ice cream, but ours arrived without it. We asked and were told the ice cream was optional, so we ordered it separately. The strūdel and ice cream together came to 10 cents more than the menu price. It wasn’t worth making a big deal over, just a suggestion to make the menu clearer. I’m sure the small imperfections can be ironed out. Keep up the good work, Adler team, and thumbs up to the chef. 👍👍

We’d highly recommend this hotel. The ambience is excellent, and it’s well placed in Montafon with several ski areas close by. The staff were excellent too, friendly and constructive without being intrusive. Well done! Jan & Helena Åslund will be back.
