The hotel is right beside the slopes, with ski equipment hire next door. The staff and spa facilities were fantastic, and the food was very good too. St Jakob centre is beautiful and close by, and the free ski bus to other local resorts was a bonus. Highly recommended.

You can walk to the ski slopes in under a minute since they're right beside the hotel. The staff are so nice and friendly, and the pool and facilities feel luxurious. The food is incredible, from the amazing buffet breakfast and lunch to the dinner buffet, though you can order your own meal as well. Literally the best hotel on earth.
