Almanac Palais Vienna

After trying three different five-star hotels in Vienna, this was my favorite. The spa feels very high-end and luxurious, and the food was excellent overall, especially the chia pudding at breakfast. The rooms are very modern and easy to get around in. I loved details like the automatic blackout curtains. Menita at check-in was so sweet and made me feel right at home.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel was new, clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the room cosmetics were great. Breakfast was excellent, with an interesting menu and plenty of variety. Thanks to the hosts and staff! This is a review from very particular customers ;)

The spa is beautiful, truly fantastic, and breakfast is excellent, served from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Victoria was very friendly and helpful. The whole team was extremely helpful, and Emran deserves special mention for recommending beautiful places to visit in Vienna and booking restaurants for me. Before I’d even got out of the car, Yousf, the bellboy, had taken my luggage, welcomed me warmly, and asked if I needed anything. Danilo was also very kind and professional. I did have a couple of small issues. I went to the front office three times, and each time the staff were on the phone with other guests. It seemed there might not be a separate phone service. Also, the reception was hard to find in a tucked-away room with no clear sign. Still, it’s a wonderful hotel, and I’d be happy to come back.

We spent four days here, and the staff took care of all our needs. The location is prime, and the restaurant and bar are lovely, with food and ambiance that felt reasonable for the quality. Our suite was very affordable compared with London. I’d recommend it for a stylish city break. Special shout out to the friendly South African concierge!
