We stayed for one night in summer 2018. There was an issue with the charges, so we were billed too much, and even after a year and a half we still hadn't received the refund.

The private beach, with its own pier and swimming area, is about a kilometre from the property. Inside, there’s plenty of room, including a large living room, and the kitchen has everything you need. The owner is friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
We had to cut our stay short because of the bad weather, which was a shame. The room itself was perfect, and the balcony was nice and big. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the lake access, where sun loungers and chairs are available. We were welcomed warmly and had everything explained clearly. The price felt absolutely fair, and I’d happily recommend the place.
The setting was green and quiet, and we slept peacefully during our six days at the end of August. It’s also handy for visiting historic towns and tourist sights. There’s a lakeside path that’s great for a walk with children, with a few bars and shops along it. Carinthia never disappoints. The guesthouse is simple but comfortable. Our apartment for four was clean, bright, and had room for more people. Towels and linens were supplied, along with dishwasher, sink, and bathroom detergent. The kitchen has a microwave and an electric stove, no gas. WiFi worked well, and recycling is encouraged. Staff are around at set times and were friendly and helpful with local tips and small requests. Outside there’s a lawn, swings, a slide, and a ping pong table. It’s away from the road, though there isn’t much else there. The private beach is 800 metres away. Keep in mind that lake access costs money, and there aren’t free beaches. The beach area is really a lawn with chairs and loungers, plus a lovely wooden pier. To get there, turn left at the roundabout; it’s just before the right-hand bend.
Veronika looked after us really well and was very helpful. The apartment was a great fit for a family, with a big lawn, a swing, and table tennis. We also had free use of a private beach on Lake Klopein. Upstairs are two bedrooms, and the place is very spacious. From the balcony, you get a lovely mountain view. We’d be glad to come back.
