The hotel beach is about a seven-minute walk away, with deck chairs and parasols available, and the extra options for bikes and SUP turned out to be a good idea. The hotel is old, though they're gradually updating things. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, probably thanks to the hot rolls and good coffee. Good value for money.

We stayed three days and two nights because it was quite close to Lake Klopeiner, and the location was fine. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was much too salty. The soup and natur schnitzel were the worst. Service was horrible, and the waitress didn't seem to care about customers. Even with around 20 of us, they couldn't remember which tea we'd ordered. The room walls were so thin we could hear people talking next door, and the bathroom stank. The price didn't match the experience, and I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was really clean, and having two pillows, one high and one low, was a good idea since it's often hard to find a comfortable one for sleeping. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, though the self-service egg and bacon station was cool. It was nice to have a shared fridge on every floor.

The receptionists are wonderful people, and the hotel has a lot to offer even though the new owners have only recently started operating it. It's an amazing hotel, and I'll definitely visit again!

The hotel is cozy and clean, just 100 m from the lake, and the staff speak several languages. The restaurant serves a range of Balkan grill dishes. The lake beaches are within easy walking distance. Good value for money.
