The Adlerhof was a convenient base for the Pitztal Glacier, about 15 minutes away by car, though the bus is another option. We stayed for a week in the Adlerauge apartment. It was spotless, with basic but perfectly sufficient amenities and plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and other kitchen gear. The owners were warm, committed, and helpful. There’s a sauna in the house and a drying room for ski or snowboard equipment. If you ask, Bäckerei Schranz brings bread rolls to your door in the morning. I’d definitely recommend this holiday apartment.

The sauna feels like a real treat, and getting bread rolls is easier now too. The kitchen has everything, and the apartment is very clean and well supplied. The Walser family are so friendly that they make each visit feel special. We’ve stayed at the Adlerhof in past years, and this time was wonderful again. We’ll be back next year for sure.

After our hike, sitting on the terrace with the mountain views while our socks dried out felt just right. The apartment is roomy, cozy, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. This was our second visit to the Adlerhof, and we felt at home again. Everything is nicely designed, and we were welcomed warmly and looked after very well. Thanks again for all the helpful tips!

After a day of skiing, warming up in the cozy sauna in the evening is especially lovely. I think the sauna is simply magical. We’ve been visiting the Walser family almost every year for 15 years and have stayed in every Adlerhof apartment. They’re all warm and cozy, and Sylvia and Michael are always friendly and ready to help. The location and nature around it are wonderful too, just like a fairytale. I can recommend the Adlerhof and its lovely hosts to everyone. Greetings from Bad Bergzabern.
