The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was just right for a quiet half hour. We had a wonderful time in your apartment and in the Pitztal Valley, with nothing lacking and excellent communication. The people in the Pitztal Valley are lovely, too. Warmest regards from the whole family, who celebrated our wedding in Austria.

Our holiday fell through after the apartment we’d booked at Gletscherchalet turned out to have been double-booked. We’d paid a deposit and received confirmation, but only found out a week before arrival, during a phone call with the landlady. She tried to find us another place, though it was peak season and options were very limited. The only offer wasn’t comparable to the apartment we’d booked and didn’t suit us. We couldn’t find anything ourselves either, so the trip was off. We’ve had to book a different apartment for another time.

Simple, pleasant place to stay, and the ski bus stops right nearby.
