I couldn’t sleep at all in the second room. It was too hot and extremely noisy from the highway, and it cost €95, more than the first room. Our original key, ordered from the machine outside, didn’t work, and nobody was reachable, so we booked another room at the check-in machine. We’re still trying to get a refund for the unused room we couldn’t enter. After a week, nothing had happened. The staff were very unfriendly and kept giving us different stories: first the money had supposedly been transferred, then it would happen that day, and now they say next week. What a bad hotel. I hope we get the money back. Please choose somewhere else!

The breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the hotel is close to the center with a mountain viewpoint. My room was comfortable and clean, with shampoo, enough towels, coffee, tea, and a kettle.

There was no phone in the room to call reception, and the staff wouldn’t lower the rate or offer any kind of compensation. The room was very small, the carpet outside the bathroom had a wet puddle, and the toilet flush panel fell off the wall overnight. It smelled of cigarettes, and there’s no elevator.

The desk service wasn’t great. The place was clean and comfortable, though, but it got a bit noisy from the highway. There’s no air conditioning, so it can get hot sometimes.
