I've stayed here several times over the years, and Katerina and her family are always wonderful and welcoming. It's a family-run hotel with fantastic food and facilities. The village of Vent is stunningly beautiful.

The sauna was good, and everything indoors felt warm and clean. We also really enjoyed the excellent food. The skibus stops right outside, which made the location great for our family trip. Hope we get to go again!

It was a fairly average hotel and felt quite crowded. You can only pay in cash, so we had to use the ATM across the street. Most of the staff were from abroad and tried to speak German.

The rooms were cozy, clean, and looked nice. Breakfast was good, and lunch and dinner were the best!

The setting in Vent, surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and quiet, was a highlight. It was a lovely place to hike, relax, and enjoy being outdoors. I spent a week here in July 2025 and was absolutely thrilled. The service was warm and helpful, and I felt welcome and well looked after. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained, with clear attention to detail. The food was fresh, varied, and carefully prepared, with every dinner feeling like a treat. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.
