The owner was friendly and communication was very good. We had comfortable beds and a kitchen equipped with basically everything you need. There’s a heated ski room too. With the slope just 50m away, it’s a great place to stay in Sölden.

Just perfect. The building is only a couple meters from the slope and the cable car going downtown. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could think of.

Our group of 10 had a very pleasant stay. The balcony looks out over the town, part of the slopes, and the gondola lift. Rooms were clean and large, and the kitchen fully equipped. It’s very close to the slopes and route number 9. We also had access to the sauna in the building next door.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and there’s a sauna in the adjacent building. It’s just a few meters from the slopes, and the ski room has boot warmers.
