The evening schedule is what made this stay frustrating for me. Dinner is limited to a two-hour window, and even getting a coffee after closing time isn’t possible. The gym and wellness facilities also shut at exactly 20:00, just as the evening entertainment starts. After a long day on the slopes, you can’t choose the sauna, pool or gym instead. It begins to feel as if the opening hours are coordinated so everyone eats and then goes to the same program. After a few days, the stay felt less like a hotel and more like a reality show, with producers deciding where you should be and when. There’s no real alternative, so the evening program feels obligatory. Entertainment can be a great addition, but the other facilities should stay open for guests who want a different evening. The hotel itself is well maintained, with clean, tidy rooms, good food and plenty of choice at solid quality. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and I had no complaints about any of that. The location is beautiful too. Just be prepared for a tightly scripted stay where much of your day is planned for you. Whether that suits you will decide if Robinson is the right fit.

We felt very comfortable during our 5 nights at the Club in Fieberbrunn and will definitely return. The standout was the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone seemed able to take on almost any task, and the service was outstanding throughout. The modern atmosphere, delicious food and lovely spa meant we lacked for nothing. Our only small reservation, not really a criticism, was that the shower water pressure could have been stronger.
