Gästehaus Arnspitzblick

Hiking trails start right outside, and we were able to really relax for the week. The area is great, and we’d definitely recommend the Arnspitzblick guesthouse. We were two adults and our daughter, and the apartment had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay! 👌🏼😃

The ski slopes in Seefeld were a lot of fun, and the hosts were great. It’s also in a fantastic location. I’ve rarely stayed somewhere so well maintained and comfortable.

Instead of resting on my vacation, I was stressed by construction noise and fine dust almost every day. The family lives on the ground floor, and the house is so noisy that there’s hardly any privacy. The landlord did loud construction work on the balcony outside my living room nearly every day. He could see into the room through the windows, which made me very uncomfortable. Because of the work I couldn’t use the balcony, and even on nice days I had to keep the windows and balcony door closed to block the noise. My complaints about the drilling, hammering, and wood sanding were ignored, as was the fine dust spread everywhere by the sanding. The landlord was inconsiderate in general. After days of construction, the landlords had a barbecue party until 2:00 a.m., and smoke blew straight into my tilted windows. When I complained, they offered to let me leave early if I didn’t like it, in a tone that matched the family’s inconsiderate behavior and felt anything but humane. I came back from the vacation I’d planned completely stressed out. I can only warn people who aren’t out hiking all day and want to spend time in their rental. It’s quite clear the landlords want guests to spend as much time as possible outside and not in the apartment. The landlord has a history of mental health issues. I could say even more about this family, but my time is too valuable!
