The food was okay, but the service was appalling. We waited ages for the bald waiter, who kept muttering to himself. A dessert we ordered never came, and it wasn't on the bill either, so I've no idea what happened to it. At the end, he said the card machine was faulty and took 45 euros cash for a 40.40 euro bill. He never came back, so I presume he considered the difference his tip. Waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for service on the slopes is not acceptable. Avoid.

The food and drinks are fine, but keep an eye on the bill. They may say the ATM isn't working and that you need to pay cash. The amount can get creatively calculated, so be sure to ask for a receipt.

The sausage tasted like rubber straight off a bicycle wheel, and I've drunk pool water that tasted more like ski water than what they served at this Kip. Apart from that, brilliant.

The reports about extra charges on the bill are true. They added 21 euros, and it was hard for us to see the bill. Don't go here. The restaurant is in the hotel where we're staying, so I'll have to go back tomorrow and complain to the manager. Unacceptable!

This is about the ski rental shop. The quality was poor, the service was poor, and it cost twice as much as any other shop around. I realized that too late. Then I rented my son's snowboard at the nearby shop and finally got good service at a fair price.
