We booked the "Coburg Top 4" holiday apartment at the end of March 2023, then got a cancellation notice at the end of May 2023 because the owner wanted it for personal use. Our trip was planned for July 2023, and finding another place was very difficult. The alternative ended up costing us several hundred euros more. I’d strongly advise against booking with them.
