The hotel was spotless, and the rooms, gardens, and rest of the place were all very well cared for. It’s a lovely family-run place in beautiful surroundings, with friendly, helpful staff. The manager even drove me to Mayrhofen after I missed my bus. For skiing, two bus routes stop right outside and get you to the lift in under five minutes. So convenient. Thanks, everyone!

We stayed in Suite 307, a two-storey suite with two bedrooms and two balconies. The shower was lovely, with a rain function. The buffet was very good, and the kitchen felt star-like. The bar stays open until 11 p.m., and à la carte dining is available until 10 p.m. Service staff were always friendly and got everything sorted quickly. The sauna area was a great extra: two sweat rooms at about 85 Celsius, where you can pour scented water over the hot stones, with scents available for free, plus two infrared cabinets, a steam room, a massage room, and plenty of places to lie down and relax. You can reach the Horbergbahn up the mountain by bus or with a 10-minute walk. A taxi to Mayerhofen costs about 20 Euros, for a great chance to eat or party. We really appreciated our stay and now know where to stay next time!
