We’d be happy to return if we come back to Seefeld without the children. We stayed one night in March 2017 and were given a small, slightly dated room. It had a little view, was clean, and suited our needs. Breakfast was tasty and good, though not quite what you’d expect at a four-star hotel. The manager was very accommodating and friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with her husband that evening.

We were sorry to leave after five days, only because it was time to go back to work. The hotel deserves a visit, and we return every month and a half for truly relaxing weekends. The center is close, with lovely walks nearby. Our soundproof, clean room made for a good night’s sleep, and the huge balcony looked out over the Seefeld lake, beautifully frozen at the time. The atmosphere is pleasantly retro, like being in the mountains. Staff were very kind, including the owners, Helke and Pier Luigi. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and dinner was very good too, with Pierluigi preparing the dishes personally. We also had the New Year’s Eve dinner during our stay.

We found the prices fair for Seefeld, and parking was available. Our balcony was lovely and spacious, too. It’s about a five-minute walk to the pedestrian zone, and both dinner and breakfast were good. The rooms have been renovated, though they could be a little nicer. The landlady was friendly.

The bathrooms felt very old and worn, and even with the heating on our room was really cold. Breakfast was very limited as well. This guesthouse might suit someone trying to save money, but it was pretty disappointing. You get what you pay for, and here that wasn’t much.
