Austria Traveller Hotel Lenzing

They were very accommodating, from arranging early breakfast to coordinating several stays, which works well for me. Thanks so much to the friendly staff!

We only stayed one night with our family and little kids, in a family room. It was spacious, with four full-size beds and a big bathroom, plus a TV and everything else we needed. It was all clean, and there were water glasses, extra toothbrush cups, and even a hair dryer. Since we arrived late, check-in was self-service, but went smoothly. We left early too, and breakfast had already been set out, fresh and tasty, so we could sort ourselves out. Check-out was self-service as well. A couple of things could be better: there weren't many electrical outlets for charging phones, and none beside every bed. The curtains were so thin that street light came into the room. I can't imagine putting babies to sleep there in summer, when it stays light. Otherwise, everything was good, and I highly recommend it.

It was okay, though during my three-night stay I didn't see a single hotel employee.

Such a cute, lovely hotel, with fantastic service and staff!
