I worked at the hotel over the winter season and had a great experience. Everything was clean and carefully sanitized, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The manager speaks English like she was born in Dublin. The hotel went beyond what I expected, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was lovely, with good facilities, and it's well placed for both the center and the ski lift. Highly recommended in Serfaus!

We came back to Berglife for a second stay and were just as pleased as before. It's an easy walk down the street to the center, and in winter you can ski right up to the door. The apartments are nicely furnished, clean, and very well equipped. Kids have a playroom, plus a sandbox, playhouse, and trampoline on the big first-floor terrace. After hiking or skiing, the wellness area is a great place to unwind. Another lovely stay.

We found the apartment spacious, modern, and clean, with good parking and a great location. The hosts were friendly too. I'd definitely recommend it for a holiday in Serfaus.
