Public transport into Vienna worked very well for sightseeing, with stations within walking distance, and there are lots of supermarkets nearby. I was there for a weekend in Summer 2025 and was satisfied with the service for the price. You get what you pay for, and I'd recommend it for a short stay. I had booked a single room, but all the single rooms were full, so they gave me a free upgrade. Check-in was friendly and quick, and the staff made me feel welcome. The hotel was generally clean, and I was told it had had extensive renovations. With temperatures outside above 30 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning in my room was a godsend. Breakfast was fairly basic, which is about what you can expect for the price. Even with busloads of people there, the breakfast staff stayed calm, friendly, and professional.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was amazing. Prices were affordable too. The morning staff who served me were the best. Great hotel!

The breakfast was very good, though the coffee was just so-so and the rest of the food was tasty. Staff were super helpful and nice. I had a really good room, 405 on the 4th floor, with a renovated bathroom. It was a single room that could also be a double. The hotel has been nicely renovated. I'd suggest providing shower gel, shampoo, and similar toiletries, as well as more than one towel per person. Can recommend the place!

I was visiting someone who was staying there. The place looks new, though the amenities are in line with the hotel standard. It seems to be used mostly by tour groups staying for 1-2 nights. There's no restaurant, just breakfast.

The staff were the worst I've ever encountered, especially the kitchen staff, including a blonde woman. The rooms had no heating at -5. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
