The family room was spacious and clean, with four beds in two bedrooms, plus a kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and electric kettle. The balcony view was great, and its door worked fine, opening into ventilation mode. Breakfast was fresh and high quality. It’s a nice-looking, comfortable hotel in a great spot. It doesn’t really stand out among the few thousand other hotels in Serfaus, but I’d recommend it to families who’d rather not spend extra for two more stars.

We had a great stay and found the staff very friendly. There’s also a kitchen and a dining room with a TV set.

It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the valley station, while still being quiet. The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast was fantastic. A top place to stay in Serfaus, highly recommended!
