We spent five wonderful nights in the penthouse. The extra-large terrace looked out over beautiful mountains, and we loved starting and ending each day there. Inside, the apartment was spacious, spotless, well kept, and equipped with quality utensils and appliances. Its elegant, modern design is practical as well as comfortable. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The central location in Serfaus was perfect, with a supermarket just 50 meters away and restaurants, shops, and the U-Bahn a short, pleasant walk from the apartment. Parking in the underground garage was easy, with direct access to the apartments. We thought it was excellent value for money and highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week with the family in apartment number 7, Schnee Palast, at Schneeweiss. It was a large apartment with everything we needed, and the host was great to chat with. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of. The car stayed in the garage all week. The location is excellent in central Serfaus, near the U bahn at kirche and central, and also within a nice walk of the cable car. Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are fantastic in summer, with so much to do in the mountains. Our four-year-old was especially excited. I’d highly recommend Schneeweiss!

I booked an apartment at Schneeweiss for an August trip to Serfaus. The booking process clearly said free cancellation. When my plans changed, I requested to cancel, but after several attempts over several days, I finally heard that they would cancel the reservation while only giving me a partial refund, despite the free cancellation wording on my booking documents. They also gave the wrong amount for what they said had been paid as a deposit. I’ve sent multiple emails over several days and still haven’t received a response.

The apartment is well equipped and on the main street. The owner is a very nice man who keeps to himself. There’s underground parking with a car charger, and the summer pass during the season is great for exploring the local area.
