After a day of downhill biking, we usually spend a couple of hours in the pool with the kids while my wife heads to the sauna. Serfaus is family friendly, as always, and the staff here were consistently professional and nice. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to next year.

The apartment at Bellevue Hause, run by Vaya St. Zeno Serfaus, was spacious and clean, with a good shower, though it felt a bit dated and the floor creaked badly. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant every day. Breakfast was very good, and dinner gave us and the children several options. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Our kids especially liked the Dutch trainees Lot and Zara, and Carlos and the headchef looked after us well too. The spa was surprisingly good, and the location was superb, within walking distance of the lifts. We had an excellent stay. Thank you, and auf wiedersehen. Regards, Fam. Charnia

We loved the hotel's location and facilities, but the team made the stay feel especially welcoming. Kristina, Carlos, and everyone else went out of their way to make us feel at home. We'd happily recommend Vaya St Zeno for a family trip.

The view over Serfaus from our room was stunning, and we could easily reach the shops. Inside, everything was in great condition, from the appliances to the comfortable beds and furniture, and the staff were always friendly. We came to VAYA for a week of skiing and it's already our favorite place for a snow holiday. It was our most enjoyable ski trip so far, and we're planning to return next year. Thanks to Rosie and the whole team for making us feel so welcome!
