We were a couple in our late 20s and stayed a week at VAYA Kühtai in mid-December. The location by the slope to the Drei-Seen lift was perfect, and we liked the friendly staff, spa, gym, ski storage with personal heated lockers, and vegan food options. With a discount code, it was good value for money. The hotel is modern, but there are things to improve. Dishes looked appealing but often tasted bland, and labeling was unclear. Some soups described as vegetarian even had bacon. It was uncomfortably warm throughout, including the room, dining area, and gym. Opening the window brought in a chimney smell. We also found it odd to pay extra at dinner for water that seemed to be tap water.

We had such a lovely time at Vaya in July. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding. Traditional dishes came with interesting flavour combinations that really worked. The setting is beautiful, and it's an unbeatable base for hikes and summit tours. One small thing worth mentioning, the pillows were proper down and really comfortable, not the lumpy synthetic kind you find in many hotel beds. I'll be back.

The wellness area was a real highlight, with saunas and a pool where I could unwind. The food had lots of local and international choices and was exceptional. My room was modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable after skiing, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. With stunning alpine views and easy slope access, VAYA Hotel Kühtai made for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to return.

We especially loved unwinding in the spa's indoor pool and taking in the stunning mountain views. The hotel has a stylish, modern feel, and its position right on the slope made skiing and snowboarding really convenient.

We spent a really restful weekend at Vaya resort. Up above 2000hm, it's all mountains, fresh air and cowbells, with no traffic or other noise around. The wood throughout the resort made it feel cozy as soon as we walked in, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. A great place to get away from the world for a weekend or longer. We'd love to visit some of their other locations in Austria and Switzerland too.
