The place is well worth the money. The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, the service is top notch, and the location works perfectly for skiing or hiking. I've stayed several times and never had a complaint, quite the opposite. One of the best places to visit in Tyrol. They also run the adjacent restaurant "´s Pfandl". It's a few miles from the city center, yet booked up every evening, which says a lot.

Awful experience. They cancelled our booking 12 days after I sent the deposit and a screenshot, without even asking about it. I'd made the booking ten weeks earlier, and they had demanded the deposit within six days. Five weeks later, I'm still waiting for the money back. They rarely reply to messages, and the whole thing messed up our holiday. We're still stuck without suitable accommodation. Avoid.
