The location is on a side street off the main road to Sölden, and the climb is noticeable, but getting there by car was no problem. The winter service kept the street clear and dark, and the bread service worked well, so we had fresh rolls early each morning. Inside, the apartment was nice and spacious, with large bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The owner lit the Kamin every day, making it warm and cosy. Wi-Fi worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were very satisfied.

The apartment is just outside Sölden, which made it a peaceful place to stay. It was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, and the owner was very friendly, so everything went smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bread service brought fresh rolls right to the apartment door. The ski bus stops 30 metres away and takes about five minutes to reach the valley station. Thank you!

We really enjoyed using Apartment Gisela as our base for two weeks of hiking the Ötztal Urweg. It was a lovely, clean, modern place with more than enough space for the two of us, especially for our belongings and clothes. The large kitchen had everything, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The hostess was very friendly. The bed squeaked, and there was no toaster or drying rack, though a drying rack was put on the balcony the day before we left. Getting to Granstein means leaving the main road for a narrow, steep asphalt path, but it never caused us a problem. That also makes Granstein very peaceful. Sölden is close by, so shops, cable cars, and public transport are easy to reach. If you're planning a visit to the Ötztal, this accommodation is worth considering.

We’ve never had a worse experience on vacation. We can’t recommend this place at all, and honestly wonder how it gets such good reviews.
