Christophorus Pension

The owners were so friendly and lovely. The house has an elevator, which was very welcome after a day on the slopes, and the ski room has a locker for each room. The rooms are nice, and the location is excellent beside the ski slope, with a connection to Festkogelbahn just a few meters away. Breakfast has everything you need. There's also a bus stop a few meters away for trips to the center of Obergurgl or to Sölden, and ski rental is in the next house. The best!

My mother and I spent a week skiing and stayed in appartment 2. It was just right for two people and had everything we might need. The balcony view was incredible, as were the sauna room and ski-in/ski-out access. Since it's in a serviced house, we got clean towels and a quick clean every day, which was amazing.

I've stayed here twice as a solo traveller and really like this small, welcoming guesthouse. The rooms are warm, clean, and quiet, and there's a nice sauna and a practical ski room. You can ski right in and out. Breakfast tastes good, the service is great, and the value for money is hard to beat. It's authentic family hospitality, without the fancy feel of some other places in the village. The one thing I'd add is access to a fridge and at least a microwave.

The location right on the edge of the slope is ideal. Ski Total provided great catering facilities, and their staff were the best we've had in 18 years, 10/10 for ski Total. My only criticism is that the toilets didn't have basins, so you had to go to the bathroom to wash up. It would be difficult to install them.
