We were four and found the one-bedroom apartment with the pull-out sofa comfortable for everyone. The kitchen has what you need for breakfast and simple meals, though there’s no oven. The morning bread service is a nice option, and we enjoyed the sauna without any problems. A ski bus stops right across the street for one gondola, while another bus stop, serving the main gondola, is a 5-minute walk away. Getting into town takes about 30 minutes on foot, so you’ll need a car or Uber to go out at night. We enjoyed our stay at Corso living and would definitely come back.

Room 203 had a stunning balcony view, comfortable 210cm beds and mattresses, and a modern building with big windows and 3-layer glass. We brought our own pillows. That was about the end of the positives for us. The service didn’t meet our expectations for a 4* place, and felt like 3* or 2+ at most. In winter, the lift and Sölden center aren’t within walking distance for us: the last 300m is steep uphill, though it’s okay in summer. The apartment wasn’t well maintained. The kitchen equipment felt cheap, the TV was tiny, and the bathroom was too small. Sound insulation inside was poor, so we heard doors slamming and people walking. There’s no catering on site, and delivery from corso pizzaria didn’t work well. They only delivered when it suited the owners, and otherwise gave excuses such as a broken car. Wine from the winefridge at reception turned out to cost more than the 'shop price' the hotel claimed, and there were no prices on the bottles, so they could charge whatever they wanted at check out. Someone entered our apartment while we were away. One day a bottle of water disappeared, and another day it seemed to have been cleaned, but nobody told us in advance. That was very uncomfortable.
