The studio inside the house was really lovely. It had a little kitchen that was enough for quick, light breakfasts before skiing, and the heater kept us warm all day and night. The decor felt cute and cosy, with views of the mountain and slope from the window. Getting onto the slope was easy, about 30 metres away. From there you can take either of two t-bars or ski down to the end of line 8/9, where the gondola starts. To get to town, there's a free cable car behind the Phllips Apreski, linking this area to the town below. It doesn't appear on google maps, so on our first day we walked 30 minutes to get up. The Gigihochbahn gondola on the other side of the mountain is about a 12 to 15 minute walk. Communication was smooth. I think it's a family business, since I spoke with either the owner or her sister. There's a room for ski equipment and storage for luggage. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The location was fantastic for skiing, with the slopes just a minute away. We didn't have to load the car or hunt for parking, which was wonderful. My husband and I felt very comfortable in the clean apartment, which was beautifully furnished and had a very well-equipped kitchen. Mr. and Mrs. Karlinger were so welcoming and helpful, and their employee, Ms. D., was friendly too. We also booked breakfast and were surprised by how much there was to choose from. The coffee machine let you help yourself to as many hot drinks as you liked, including cappuccino and hot chocolate.

A balcony and warm, pleasant living made this feel like the Austrian apartments we remember from the past. The ski slope is right behind the house, and it's completely quiet at night since you're up on the hill above the city. For a coffee in town, you can go down the slope a little and take the cabin down to the city for free. A really thoughtful setup.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and its location was even better than we'd expected, just a few dozen metres from the slope. The après-ski spots and the free lifts down to the lower village are also only about a five-minute walk, though you cross the slope. Recommended!

We've been staying here for years and can highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, with excellent value for money. You're right on the slopes, and the ski bus stop is just outside. The hostess is very friendly and always ready to help.
