Grünwald Resort

The spa was a lovely place to unwind after a day in the mountains, and our apartment was spacious, modern, and had a beautiful view. We especially appreciated how quiet the resort was and how welcome it was to pets. Everything was organized smoothly, so the stay felt easy and restful. Thanks, Sabrina. We'd happily come back to Grünwald Resort Sölden.

The Solden Summer Card was a huge bonus. Local buses and the gondolas and lifts were included, so I could head above 3000m toward the glaciers. I stopped here for a few summer days on the way from the Dolomites back to Munich, and it made a great quiet retreat from city life. The resort sits above Solden, a lovely little town, and had been remodeled in 2025. My studio had high-end kitchenette appliances, a good shower, comfortable beds, a balcony, good lighting, fast internet, and enough room to work and eat. Reception were great, especially Heid, who helped me retrieve my phone after I lost it on a Mountain Cart ride. There’s a restaurant a few metres uphill, and wellness facilities including an outdoor pool and sauna, though I didn’t get to use them. I’d like to return, maybe with more family next year.

The location right on the slope was excellent, and after skiing we found everything we needed in the spa. The rooms were modern and clean too. We’d gladly stay again.

We loved our August stay at Grünwald Resort Sölden. From the rooms you get a breathtaking panorama over the whole village and the mountains, and they’re spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to relax. It seems like a great choice in either season. A winter trip is already on my bucket list :)
